1. Orders & Payments

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, JCB — securely processed via Stripe.
You can also pay using PayPal or PayPal Guest Checkout without needing an account.


Q2: Will I be charged any extra taxes or duties?

No. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Charmelier does not charge any additional taxes or duties.


Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours after placing them.

2. Shipping

Q4: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders within the U.S.


Q5: Do you have express shipping?

Yes. Express Shipping is available for just $4.99 and typically delivers within 2–3 business days after your order is processed.


Q6: How long does standard shipping take?

Standard shipping usually delivers within 5–8 business days after your order is processed.


Q7: Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.


Q8: How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package’s journey.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q9: What is your return window?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.


Q10: Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings, final-sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.


Q11: How do I request a return?

Contact us at support@charmelier.store with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label if eligible.


Q12: How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).


4. Products

Q13: Are your products hypoallergenic?

Most of our jewelry is crafted with nickel-free and hypoallergenic materials, suitable for sensitive skin.

Q14: How should I care for my accessories?

We recommend:

  • Avoiding exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals.

  • Storing pieces in a cool, dry place.

  • Gently wiping with a soft cloth after each use.
