Return Policy

1. Return Window

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, the item must be returned within the return window with proof of purchase.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

  • Free of damage, stains, or signs of wear

⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry that have been worn

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Final-sale or clearance items

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label.
